    Jack Malloy (Sylvester Stallone), an FBI agent with a drinking problem, is exiled with nine other troubled cops to the isolated clinic as a last chance for redemption. There, stripped of their badges and weapons they can begin their rehabilitation. But when a major snowstorm cuts the clinic off from any communication to the outside world, the patients suddenly begin to turn up dead in suspicious circumstances.
