There was no following of any plot. It was really just a lot of nudity and intercourse. Everyone was walking out and wondering how it ever received good reviews. Makes me wonder if I could get my own movie published and on the big screen. There were parts in the movie that were similar to both The Shining and Halloween.

You're comparing this movie to "The Shining" and "Halloween"... do you mean that in a good way, because those are both great horror films?
No not at all in a good way. Those were great horror films. They actually appear to have stolen ideas from both of those movies. The implementation of those stolen pieces were not great at all. Sorry if there was confusion.
While I respect your review, the whole reason for them harkening back to those movies is because the movie itself is an homage to those films and the tropes of films like "Friday the 13th" and "Halloween".
No confusion realy, I was just hoping to get a bit more insight on your hyperbolic rating.
