Absolutely despicable. They reproduced Planet Earth by summarizing dozens of hours of footage into an hour and a half. The worst part of paying to see something already on video was that, in the narrative, they misled the viewer by falsifying the information regarding the events that were happening. At one point they show antelope (or something like am antelope) walking through sand dunes in a desert, and the narrator led you to believe that this is where these animals lived. If you watched Planet Earth, you were shown that lions were hunting these animals and they entered this uninhabitable portion of the desert because the lions couldn't follow then here. Eventually the antelope would have to leave this area, however, to find food. All throughout this movie they show snippets like this of full stories shown in Planet Earth, and totally misinterpret the snippet for the audience. It was like someone said," pretend the audience is stupid - now narrate to that". One of the most ridiculous lines were - "Don't worry about the penguins, they have the aurora australis to look at". What? There were little facts. This was not educational. Basically I paid to see a screen saver. Unbelievably shameful. If you want to learn about nature - go buy Planet Earth.
