I had long put to rest in my memory the Volta Dam issue that was foremost and centre when I spent four months in Ghana, West Africa, in 1980. I am already supportive of a group in Canada that has taken up the cause of protecting our water and our water rights that has become nothing more it seems than a political pawn. The Grand Canyon film was the third time this same situation was presented to me with great impact. It is all so heart-wrenching. What can one do?
