The singing girl was very sweet and the little sales boy with the missing box was the heartbreaking part. The point of the impact of intrusions and colonization into their culture was missing. It assumed that we had all had history lessons and so I felt cheated. But overall the vignettes made their point and I left the theatre feeling rather sad for the lost Vietnamese culture.
