The brothers here seemed to take that 'speediness' (forgive the pun) and translate it into a visual styling that would make it just as recognizable as the speech dubbing was for the show. There are other subtle aspects I enjoyed about the movie (the one fight scene in the pass with Sparky was bang on) although... Sparky was pretty buff. You think he couldn't have taken anyone out?
