Honestly this is your typical cheap 80's horror flick with modern actors. The senario is weak and the plot very simple not to say dumb. Of course the characters don't react in a realistic fashion to danger, pursuits, threats or tension, which is now common in most 3rd grade horror movies. The cast is also very modest with sub-par performances from even the biggest names (if I may) but it matches the mediocre plot, so its all good. In conclusion this movie is a "typical" horror film which gives you the impression that you've seen this a thousand times. A jump here, some tension there, a good joke or two and you're done. Great flick for diehard Halloween fans or to see with friends for a good laugh, this kind of crap doesn't make it often to the big screen anymore, 6$ for old time sake?.. Rent it.
