This movie shows how we reached the Moon and is the closest one can come to walk on our Moon short of being there. With "Magnificient Desolation", Tom Hanks adds to his "From the Earth to the Moon" HBO miniseries in preserving a record of one of the gradest human achievement in human history. To me, walking on the Moon show our civilization at its best. If we can make the journey to the Moon and back, then there isn't anythig we cannot do.
