And on a more present day note, 'CHICAGO' is no where near the execellence of productions like 'Oklahoma, ' West Side Story, ' or 'Flower Drum Song.' I rented this movie on PPV and almost turned it off after the first 30 minutes. How incredibly boring. My son just told me that they showed this movie at the assisted-living home, where he is employed as a security guard. He said that 70% of the old people walked out within the first 30 minutes, exclaiming how boring it was... LOLX10!!
