They make stupid choices and they could have save themselves, but they didn't because of their social status, and how it would be unacceptable to kick out two gentlemen. I think at first they are just in denial or they don't really believe what is happening to them. The ending is awesome. The music just lets us know what is happening in the mind of the killers. Will it just keep going on? I strongly suggest this movie.
