I'm sure to get hate mail from the other person who saw this movie, but this could very well have been the worst movie since Jeepers Creepers 2. I understood the concept and how it worked, but did not understand every single thing that took place. Another movie that was difficult to understand was Mulholland Drive, but the difference is that Mulholland was entertaining despite the confusing plot, and the fun came from trying to figure it out. Primer is the kind of movie that seems as if the plot should be a little easier to get. When it was over, I felt like I had not been paying attention. Needlessly confusing, with details that don't seem important miring the sequence of events. Too much science talk in the beginning makes you wonder why a physics degree wasn't required to purchase a ticket. Uninteresting characters, terrible film quality and no mercy for the technologically-impaired make Primer a must-see for computer geeks and those who are able to convince themselves a movie is good just because it's made on a shoestring budget and has a grainy picture. I blew $10 on this and really REALLY miss it now.
