The facts are that Rubin still remains close with Lazurus the you boy in the movie who is now a lawyer in toronto. The canadians that helped him are also not close with ruben as they have gone on to there own things since that time. There is no ill will between them they have just drifted apart. I have meet Ruben personally and he is a fine man. He has made alot of mistakes in his life but murder was not one of them. Read his book its his words about his life. The 13th round is a wonderfull book and you can start to grasp why he did some of the things he did if you understand the man. Ruben is a fine upstanding Man and I can handle people not likeing the movie but dont hate the man himself he has done nothing but good things since he was aquited of all charges he is a motivaltional speaker and spend lots of time teaching people about the dangers of racism and hate. Read his book thats the last time I will say it. (10/10)
