1. All Blu-Ray, HD-DVD and DVDs in our store are brand new.
2. Our store is entirely virtual. The orders are placed directly on-line.
3. To place an order, simply add DVDs to your Shopping Cart, and then proceed to checkout.

1. We ship to the continental U.S.A. and to anywhere in Canada.
2. Shipping within Canada is FREE when your order is $39 or more (excluding taxes) and if all items are shipped together in one single shipment.
3. To Canada - items are shipped by Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Each package is insured for damage, and has a tracking number. Shipments usually take 1 day to major cities in the East (Montreal, Toronto, Ottawa and Quebec) and 2-5 days to major cities in the West. Other destinations may take 2-9 business days.
4. To U.S.A. - items are shipped by First Class Parcel and arrive usually within 5-10 business days.
5. International shipping is not offered at this time.
6. To calculate shipping fees before placing an order, first add discs to your shopping cart, and then specify the postal code.

1. We accept payments by Visa, Master Card or American Express.
2. We will charge your credit card at the time when your discs are ready to be shipped, not before.
3. We do not provide refunds or exchanges.

1. All prices are in Canadian dollars. For U.S. customers, your credit card company will automatically convert the amounts to U.S. dollars.
2. We do not provide refunds or exchanges. However, discs which are damaged during transportation will be exchanged at no additional cost.
3. DVDs are manufactured for use within DVD Region #1, and they are not guaranteed to function outside USA or Canada.
4. The availability of all items is NOT guaranteed. Some discs may no longer be available for sale at the time of purchase.
5. Items on back-order will be shipped as soon as they become available, usually within 2 to 8 weeks. Sometimes the studio may delay production beyond 8 weeks.
6. The delivery time depends on the destination. We will confirm by e-mail as soon as the package is shipped.
