If you are desperately seeking some laughs, this movie is not the answer. It is slightly better than Disaster Movie, but still a waste of time.

I went with some teenagers, they thought it would be good, WRONG! I knew with the Wayan Brothers at the lead it would be a nightmare and it was. Even the kids were disappointed. This was almost as bad as "Little Man", both movies are CRAP!

It's my own fault for going. I'd read the reviews and trusted this movie would be bad but I'd seen everything else at the theatre. Painfully bad, but I didn't walk out. I only do that during boring movies.

Dance Flick is a spoof parody on many of our more popular dance movies out there today (good or bad) directed by the Wayans Family (cause it seem that there are more than a few in this film) Basically the film is about a young street dancer, Thomas Uncles who meets the new girl named Megan White (who is sent to live with her father after her mom dies) Her dream was one day to be big dancer. Together they team up (with a few other from their school) for the ultimate in dance-offs as they become part of a "crew" that battles the baddies to take the title and to repay a debt to Sugar Bear, an enormous loan shark and drug lord. The film itself was interesting, not bad but not good. There are alot of supporting actors within the film who gives us a good laugh here and there, but itn reality would you want to spend your hard earned money on this. I would really think long and hard before doing so.

THIS MOVIE SUCKED! I'd hoped it would be pretty good but all the lame jokes meant I wasted a good evening and some good bucks! These brothers used to be half-arsed good but now they've lost it. I won't be trusting anything they make in the future. It stunk but I'll give it a "1" because zero wasn't available. Go see it, waste your own bucks but don't say you weren't warned.

This movie was good. Not amazing but it was good. All the negative feedback, come on, this is a silly movie which makes it good. Get a sense of humor. If you are a high-school student, college/university student, you need to see it. If you are older than 30, then you will not find it funny.

Oh my god! This movie sucked! Don't bother because the Wayans are horrible! I didn't see the trailer until after I saw this movie, the parts in the trailer were just shorter versions of the dumb stuff we saw at the movie. Ugh, these guys really are lame! I hope they never make another movie again!

I lovee the Wayans bros (White Chicks + Little Man) but geez, this movie was disappointing straight up. Most of the jokes weren't even funny, ignore the good ratings because you'll surely be wasting 1h30. Crappy storyline, bad acting, stupid/dumb jokes--the good parts were only put in the ads but when you see the full scene, it isn't even that funny no more.

This Flick will expose the dumbness in many of you. It will have succeeded judging by how some defend it as probably worthy of an Academy Award? We went to this for curiosity, plain and simple. We have enough bucks to throw away once in awhile and this was our Charity Case. We asked a few people in the surrounding rows and they all shared their opinion. Not surprising but they hated it as did we. Thankfully the Doofus Brothers and family don't come out with these same stupid movies too often. This was a terrible terrible movie, boring dumb gags-not jokes as that would be too fair to this horrible creation! Do those who make movies like this, actually view it prior to the release date? I doubt it or they would have been as disappointed as we were. I asked the manager at this theater how ticket sales are, he said they've been declining since the first date of release and they knew this would be the case after the first day when so many were giving the bad reviews even while exiting the theater. Summer's just about here for 2009, the first stinker has been completed, more will follow. Can this website PLEASE change the ratings to between 0 and 10, 1 is too fair!

If you go expecting to see a great movie you will be disappointed. If you go expecting to see a silly movie that might make you smile or laugh then you may enjoy it. I went expecting to see a stupid movie but something to make me laugh and smile a bit and it achieved that. No award winning movie but these types of movies never are.

This movie had a mild taste of lame humor. While the lame humor was entertaining at first, it got to be extremely irritating and boring. I do not recommend it to anyone, unless you are high and have nothing else to do!

The original author of the FIRST post above has my vote! This movie was trash! These Wayan Brothers are totally useless! I didn't check any reviews before going to this horrible FLICK, it sucked, was an hour and a half of drivel, now reading these makes the first post make sense. Most of the comments after is certainly proof that you don't need much of an IQ to be tricked into going to see this stupid movie. Don't waste your time and definitely don't waste a penny on this crud of a movie, the one we viewed it at had less than half an audience and not a single person liked it from what we could tell. Utter boredom and it was horrible to have to sit through this mess from the Wayans. The guy in front of us who was slurping his drink and chewing his popcorn with his mouth open was slightly more entertaining than Dance Flick. Could have been one of the above who has defended this stupid movie-probably was. Ever notice how illiterate some people are when they try to defend a movie like this as a masterpiece but can barely spell simpler words or put together a proper sentence? No wonder they were amazed at this waste of time! Sorry Dance Flick fans (? ) this thing was a lousy, horrible movie and it's ending soon so the torture for Winnipeggers is over until they make the mistake of renting it---

We're lucky enough to live in an age when products that can be bad to your health come with warning labels. Like the cigarette pack that tells you of cancer risks. Or the radio ads for "Dance Flick" that announce," From the creators of 'White Chicks' and 'Little Man.'" So don't say you haven't been warned. On the off chance that you liked those films -- the first of which starred Shawn and Marlon Wayans in drag and whiteface, and the second of which starred Marlon Wayans as a dwarf in diapers -- there's a good chance "Dance Flick" is for you. And you can have it.

I went to this because I received a free movie pass. Thankfully I did not have to pay for much other than the over-priced slop they had at the theater. This movie was BAD, wasn't much of a surprise seeing as how some of the Wayan Brothers were once again involved. Corny and dumb gags and you can easily just wait about 2 weeks while this thing works its way to the discount theaters IF you still have an urge to see another Wayans movie. Yes, some will ask "why" I went to it? Again, was FREE, WAS a mistake, I'm human and had high hopes for at least & FINALLY something decent from this family. No hope there after it was finally over (and agonizingly about time!!!)
