O. K. so here's the thing: I've never been a big fan of boxing, but this movie is so warm and touching that it actually made me enjoy the boxing part! The last time that Ron Howard directed a movie with Rossel Crow as the main character, it won the oscars as the best movie that year(A beautiful mind)! Cinderalla man does all of the following at the same time: It keeps you on the edge of your seat during the fights, puts a smile on your face, a tear in your eye and a warm feeling in your heart! The acting is superb and the directing oscar worthy! If this movie was out just before the oscars, I could have bet on it being nominated as one of the best pictures with both Russel Crow and Renée Zellweger as best actor and actress! Hopefully the members of the accademy will still remember it come the next oscars. Go see it and you'll find out that it's one of the best movies of the year!
