Severance [2006] Movie Reviews on CinemaClock

I hated Shawn of the Dead, loved Very Bad Things and Severance is similar to Very Bad Things. Sure, campy music, strange and bizarre happenings in this flick, writer, producer, director all have warped minds I'd guess. Alot of predictable elements/moments in the movie but like Devil's Rejects (insane movie that one was!), so far gone and again bizarre, you shouldn't miss Severance. 7's it though, it's not totally awesome and it's not totally bad but it'll do well on DVD rentals in the near future (which it will head to soon enough...) I got to see this for free and had it been a preview screening, I doubt that I'd have gone if free there also. If you have a friend, spouse, etc. That is somewhat shocked for certain things in movies and you're not, take that person but try not to let on what its all about if they don't already know. The look of shock on their faces will be worth your ticket too-sort of like how bizarre Jackass 1/2 were ( I hated those but they were sure a crazy bunch of actors in that one, as are those in Severance.
