Sienna Miller's best performance by far. However tragic the story, I feel that the narrative point of view through which it is told takes something away from the experience of the viewer which would be more engaged if it were simply experienced through the picture and not told. It's a shame because I feel that this movie had a lot of potential to become the very very good picture that it fell short of becoming.

Not a bad movie at all. I found it interesting and entertaining. It shed some light on the seedy underbelly of the 60's bohemian crowd. After seeing this movie I had to google the character names to read more about them. Worth watching.

Watching Factory Girl is like reading the Cole’s Notes version of Hamlet; you’re stuck with the clichéd highlights to make sense of the story. From the onset, Factory Girl takes us on a journey through the life of the superstar, one hallmark moment at a time. Although loosely narrated by Edie (Sienna Miller) herself, the viewer is left to make the connections between the key points in her life in order to pull the story together. For a biopic, Factory Girl presents a rather disjointed picture of Edie’s life story; I wish I could have learned more about Edie by watching the film but I found little that I didn’t already know from reading the biography. That said, it's the only Edie movie out there so it's better than nothing. [...]

Read her biography for realism. Every scene in this film had her smoking cigarettes and "fawning over the artist". There was no mention of Dr. Feelgood, he administered the speed injections as B12 shots.

I absolutely loved this film. It portrays Edie and Andy's relationship perfectly. It is somewhat of a fictional recap of her life, but it does have some facts about her life. Go see this movie.

I was excited about seeing this movie because I love Sienna Miller but was thoroughly disappointed. Weak plot and even weaker acting performances. Im going to go see Happy Feet.

It's worth seeing if you've got some spare time & money. Don't expect a masterpiece, but also don't listen to the critics who are condemning it so vehemently; it's better than a lot of movies that are playing right now!

I thought it was a bit choppy. If it had been a full two hours maybe it could have told more of her story. Sienna was great though!? Wasn't she? I mean how could you take your eyes off her? That alone makes me want to see it again.

Captured the short, unfinished, confusing life of Eddie by being short and unfinished leaving you unsatisfied as Eddie left those around her. It gives you only a small hint of her many personalities just as she would do. The movie understands Eddie as much as one could possibly take.

I've just loved it, not only it let us into the select world of Warhol but with the beauty of Sienna Miller, how could we not ask for more?

An attempt to show the elusive under world of the 60's art scene and the destructive nature fame, drugs and money have on someone. The acting was sub par, the cinematography was nothing special and all the camera tricks echoes of Andy Warhol's work. Pass.
