If the film would've focused on the world of air traffic control and left out the stupid romantic adventures, it wouldve been great. Some parts were ok, as most people are interested to learn about ATC. Overall though, if you think it's a great comedy, it is not great and it is not a comedy.

What a waste of time! Not worth watching. It couldn't have gotten much worse.

Sorry to see that Julie disliked this movie so much! The movie was well worth the rental price. Yes Billy Bob is a bit on the scary side... he and Angelina both. But I still like them both. Talent knows no insanity! Cate Blanchett... what can I say but any movie with her in it will score at least an 8 in my book...

You have to love John Cusack, he's so uniquely odd, although we can see his family fills the description as well. As for Billy Bob Thorton, the man is a little unnerving, a package that is mysterious as well as neurotic, yet, like a train wreck, we must watch. And obviously he and Cate Blanchett had a good chemistry because they pair up again in Bandits. The horror of September 11 aside (sure, like it ever could be), if you want to fly after seeing this film, you and Billy Bob should share a therapist.

Pushing Tin is a good movie, although not exceptional. It was better than I was expecting. The acting was very well-done, the story hangs together well (except for the ending), and I was never bored. An interesting look at the world of air traffic controlling!

I thought this movie was good. It's one of those Tuesday movies. It has it's funny moments. The story was good but could have been better.
