If you loved the chipmunks growing up, you will love this movie, took the kids, just an excuse to see it myself and I completely enjoyed it.

An adorable movie! My four cousins (ages: 2, 4, 4 and 9) and I saw it and I saw it with my friend and a third time with my brother. Call me weird if you will, but I grew up with the chipmunks and I still love 'em! The new songs rock!

This was a GREAT movie. I went into the theater not expecting much, but it was adorable, and appropriate for all ages. The chipmunks were soo cute, and the story was great. I plan to purchase it as soon as it comes out on DVD!! A must see!

This movie should have went straight to DVD. Not very good at all and the lead actor looked fairly bad working with computer animated characters. I expected a better movie. After an hour my 3 year old asked to leave and we left. Only go if desperate to bring your kids to a movie.

This movie is soo good. I went to go and see it with my friends yesterday. We all thought it was great! It would be SICK if the producers did a squeal! It is a must see movie no matter what age you and whoever is going with you! Whoever is reading this you should not be picky with there rating! :)

I took my almost 3 year old dughter to this movie and she sat through the whole thinkg and loved it I would definitely recommend this movie, it was very cute and funny, but u have to take your children they will enjoy it!!

The chipmunks dont look like the ones from the cartoon. Storyline is not that great, more of a kids movie more so than for older people wanting to watch a movie to bring back old memories.

It was so funny I peed my pants every time. I laugh so hard I saw it 4 other times. But then I went broke. The other times I ran down the stairs and screamed, this is the best movie ever. I liked Theador. I laughed everytime alvin made a statement. I want to see it again.

I think most people gave it a high rating because the chipmunks were so cute. Little kids will love this movie, and I thought it was alright. Not the best though. It had no real plot to it.

Absolutely loved it! First saw it with my nephews... it's a feel good, keeps you laughing, very cute movie. Since some friends and I have seen it now a few times... I could save some money if I could just buy the video today! It just makes me completely LOL and you gotta love that! Keep your eyes on Theodore... too funny!

I loved this movie, it was quite adorable. I must say my favorite chipmunk is the little fat guy, Theodore. There was a wide variety of ages in the theater and I would recommend this movie to both kids and adults. My 9 year old really enjoyed the movie. The chipmunks voices didn't get on my nerves as I had originally thought they might before seeing this movie.

Probably a movie for small children, and by the reviews they seem to love it. It was not as horribly cliche as the trailer suggested. They managed to keep some of the original charm of the chipmunks.
