Just a flop. We like French cinema, but this is not a French movie and not an Israeli movie. There are exactely 5 interesting minutes in the begining and then everything is fake and not making any sense or not even close to reality, not talking about fun... this is gold comedy material, but Depardieu is so fat he cannot move and the whole performance is artificial, disconnected and fails to convince.

Fine acting, a great and creative script about the search for meaning in life and the ups and downs of relationships, renders this movie a treat to watch. Depardieu is a wonderful actor, Israel looks as beautiful as ever and a poignant story makes for an excellent movie!

I was very disappointed with the movie--considering the two great actors--no chemistry between them and plot is boring not recommended--wait for video rental.
