I loved this movie. Fun and quirky, with something to say about the human spirit. Beautifully filmed, it gave me a view of the rugged scenery of a part of the world I've never seen.

Only viewed last half of film. It was with Spanish subtitles & my Spanish is very poor! Thought fabulous scene with "bull" should have been with a pig instead("when pigs fly")but I suspect that this is probably not a good option based on cultural & religious differences, on the other hand who knows? Can't wait to see with English subtitles.

This movie brings passion, sadness, scenery and hot winds from the desert. Possibly the most elegant and ridiculous film I've ever seen. The acting is quirky and mesmerising. The soundtrack is incredible.

Absolutely different. This movie will catch your heart. I liked how the father and brother love and spoil the young actress-wannabe although the difficult circumstances. Lots of laugh, fantasy, pain and love. From Mexico.

It's a great movie, made by Tajik producer Bakhtiyar Khudoinazarov, great plot, great cast, great soundrack (Daler Nazarov). It really reflects the situation over the past decade in my country (Tajikistan). It's funny and sad at the same time. As they say, "I smex is slyozy" (in Russian). Great job, Bakhtiyar!!! Tak derzhat'!!
