I really enjoyed this movie. It was very suspenseful and kept you guessing. Some great surprises throughout. I thought the ending could have been a bit better but still very enjoyable. Considering that is was pre-"matrix", I thought it was a very good and original plot.

If you like science fiction movies and being surprised by an ending, you have to give this movie a chance. I loved it and even bought it to be able to watch it again whenever I feel like it. You won't be disappointed.

Makes you wonder if, like in Slaughterhouse Five, we belong to a cosmic zoo, endlessly encased in a multidimensional maze. Mindbending and provocative. By far superior to most FX packed movies like Matrix.

Like Star Trek and Twilight Zone 13th floor is a mystory and a treat. Truly it is for the fans of sci fi and fantasy, yet it also has much for those who enjoy a mystory. 13 th floor is alot like a Philip K. Dick story that sort of takes place in the 30's. This little thriller did very little buisness in the theaters, but found a strong market in the video and dvd market. The 13th floor was produced by those lame ass fools that brought you Indepentence day, accept this time it really is scince fiction and not junk.

What the hell is this movie about? I did not get one single bit of it. At the end of the movie, the last scene I thought they were listening to music through their headphones. It was crap.

Wow! It was a little slow in the beginning but it was totally worth it in the end. It is much like The Matrix except it has more of a plot and twist instead of action.

The 13th Floor successfully evoked amoody quality and maintained a mystery that unravelled at a pace just right to keep the viewer interested. It had an elegant feel absent in many sci-fi movies and almost felt noirish.

Catched my mind from the very begining. Excellent story. Beautyfully reproduced LA of the 30's. Watched it about 6 times and still there are some things that I don't understand completely. Worth to see.

I don't understand the ending. Did the 1999 character take over the 2000+ user's body at the end?

I saw the 13th Floor and thought it was genious, a sort of Matrix type movie! It has a good plot and although the begining is a little hard to grasp halfway through right to the end keeps you at the edge of your seat!

True, it wasn't the smoothest plot and didn't live up to a great idea but it still ran smoothly and was fun to watch nevertheless. Unfortunately, Sci-fi films seem to be few and far between nowadays, so I was glad to see this one.

The movie was great, but I'm sorry to say that I thought that it was the european version. I just wanted to hear the HIM song "join me in death" but it wasn't in the movie!!! Shame on you. Put the song in the US version, NOW!!!

I'm a sci-fi lover, but, huh? I must have missed the point, but this was a snooze cruise. Which is a shame 'cause I love Vincent D'Onofr
