It was a good movie. The animation was really really cool and they did a really good job with special effects.

Who can rival the epic locked mystery of the dinosaurs? The ancient world of the largest living things to ever grace is superbly retold in this emotional rollercoaster ride back in time to the reign of the dinosaurs. When a massive meteor smashes into earth the beautiful world of the great lizzards is thrown into an exposive race for survival. After millions of years of dominating the globe, it seems the kingdom of the dinosaurs has reached its revolution, and their family is narrowed down to mere herd scattered speices, some friend some foe. Together they seek the truth in the legend which tells them the nesting grounds is still alive. Now the remaining soals must work together through the greuling treck through the silent desert plains, to defeating the one they ahve feared for centuries - Carnator, to reach their haven. This was truly the most beautiful piece of animation, brought to life so realisticly, you'd think the creatures were real. Again, a masterpiece from Disney's hands, and a beautiful, emotional musical score! BRILLIANT!!

Yes I saw it. I think it was good, but scary for kids-definitely not a kids' movie.

This is a movie I would highly reccomend for parents to rent and buy. It's fun for all ages! It's an opportunity for children to learn about dinosaurs. It has a lot of detail and special effects but most of all it has character that defies all boundaries great and small.

This wasn't exactly spectacular, but it was well done with nice story. Too much violence for my taste, in fact, I had to watch it on my own when my 3-year old son was asleep because I spent more time fast-forwarding this film through the 'scary' parts, well, there were lost of scary parts. I thought we could have gotten the idea without the frightening scenes. It's not Hannibal or anything, but age-wise, it'll have to wait till my little one gets much older.

The dinosaurs in this movie were really awesome looking. They looked as close to real as I could possibly imagine. The lemurs looked good too. Then they started talking. Not that I didn't expect it, but they're making wise cracks, one-liners, pick-up lines, and it just became ridiculous. I know it's a Disney movie, but what made it bad was that these are realistic looking digitized creatures. If they were drawings, I could see them as cute, cuddly almost-stuffed animals that talk. But they are creatures that are supposed to look as real as possible (and they do a good job). Scenes like: the lemur cracks about Aladar having a new love interest and the camera shows the female strutting off from behind, were as Guy said in Galaxy Quest: "Ooh, that's not right! " It would have been a better movie with less talking, an occasional wise-crack is alright, and if the dinosaurs did not act so much like humans in animals' bodies. Anyway, the opening scene was awesome, the meteor shower was awesome, the Carnosaurs were awesome, the plot was good, the story was good. The annoying lemurs and mushy dinosaur snuggling scenes were not. At least they didn't kiss. Ugghhhh, I don't even think about it!

Awsome Animation, absolutely worth seeing on the big screen. Fair plot, I think they could do a lot more to promote better values in these movies though.

I was surprised I enjoyed this movie. Took the kids, just was hoping to avoid boredom. But I had a good time! I did not know what to expect from scene to scene, and I enjoyed the humour and characterizations of the dinosaurs.
