Val Kilmer was sooo good that I forgot he wasn't the real Jim Morrison. Awesome performance.

Woah... Stone really made it worst... The best thing about that movie are Morrison's quote and songs... couple of good scene, concert shot. Stone exagerated a lot on Morrison's way of seeing the world. He made up stuff that The »Lezard King would never do. For the Doors fans this movie was awfull at moments but soothing at others. For the movie fans... the people that dont know Jim, The film was probably fine. Liked the scene when he sings The End... probably the best... + Val Kilmer looks like him a bit... Okay movie... [...] I am the lezard king, I can do anything.

Ok, although it was a bit historly wonky, still a good film with great concert scene shots. My favourite band.

Is that the REAL Jim Morrison? Val did an excellent job, even sang and acted his way to look and sound exactly like him.

This movie made me discover the Band... but, after reading books... like '' no one here gets out alive '', I discovered that it wasn't that good after all. Untrue things in there. But the music is good lol.

I love it, every time it's on tv I just have to watch it. Jim's life and music was quite fascinating! The ressemblance with Val Kilmer and Morisson is really astonishing! Y'all just got to see it!!!

Although some details in the movie may not have been perfectly accurate the movie still portrays Jim Morrison's/and The Door's successful life with the big bang in the end nicely.

This movie sucks and leads people to believe untrue things. Know about Jim and The Doors before seeing it.
