Yeah, don't understand the bad reviews. This is one of Friedkin's best. When his films work, they are very intense, like The Exorcist & To Live And Die in LA. This has that quality. Plot wise it was sort of a cross between Rambo and The Fugitive. Lots of action and violence, so not for everyone.

Benecio del Toro and Tommy lee Jones are a great pair. This movie encouraged me to want to learn hand to hand combat which I probably will be. What I like about this movie is that the blood and the fighting look so real and I saw the documentaries and they r real some of them. My favourite part is where the so called deer hunters tried to hunt deltoro or Aaron but ended up being hunted themselves and it was so cool how he threw that knife and it landed perfectley inside the tree. He rocks and so does Tommy lee Jones I love them both.

This movie isn't a straight action movie, maybe so many people don't like it. But ist is a movie which shows cruel, brutality, sadness and the relationship between teacher and pupil or hunter and prey. It even ist the story of scouts, they are capable of so many unbelieveable things... a great movie... a movie which made me think a lot for a long time.

The movie was slow in parts and drawn out. But in the times where the movie picked up, the action scenes were decent. Benicio Del Toro played the role well... he is the right fit for this kind of storyline. Tommy Lee was able to pull off the 'tough guy' b/c he trained Benicio, but in terms of physical strength... that is questionable!

The hunted I enjoyed because it was unlike all the other action movies-it was original and it didn't give away so much about the story. It made me wonder whether Tommy Lee Jones was able to help Benicio Del Toro since he had trained him to become an assassin. I hoped that Benicio Del Toro would find the closure or help that he wanted from Tommy Lee Jones but in the end it was not possible.

I saw this Saturday... Wow what alot of action and what a great movie... I loved watching Tommy Lee tracking and whating Deltoro.. It kept me on the edge of my seat... And you just never knew where you were except with Tommy Lee chasing and tracking in the hunted.

I've seen this movie before and it was called Rambo. Way too much graphic gore and not enough suspense or plot. Stay away from this one!

The most stupid movie I have ever seen. And I usually like all kind of movies but this one is really a zero. This is a movie of violence, without any story. Blood blood everywhere for nothing. On top of this the producer thinks that people are dull! Some nice panoramic scenes... but REALLY NOT even worth renting it when it will be available in video. Don't waist your time and your money. I amm sorry that there is no zero on this scale.
