Terrible acting all around. Movies like this are just a waste of time.

Robert De Niro is as usual amazing! He plays his role right and always keeps you in the loop! Good movie if u don't pay attention to certain things and ask yourself if it's plausible.

This movie is smart. Unpleasant yet brilliant without trying too hard to be stylish. It makes its point somewhat bluntly, but it definitely resonates with a unique form of realism that can be seen in today's media quite clearly.

15 minutes is a great movie about perception, of how US society functions from the point of view of two tourists who engage in criminal behavior and further justifies their activities from what they see and hear during their stay. Take the time to think about how one might react in a strange country to media and television, in this case who are criminal driven. A well-done movie.

I thought 15 minutes was worth about 5 minutes. It was one of those movies that gets you good and ready for something that never happens. A real disappointment.

The movie was overall good, and the plot was interesting, yet it ended up like a typical cop movie.

I would watch any movie with Robert De Niro, but this one was exceptionally good. Maybe it was a good combination of actors. This movie is full of action and keeps you at the edge of your seat. It is definitely worth evey penny you pay to see it.

Allright... the guy who's always filming is SO annoying! The other "crazy" guy IS crazy, Robert De Niro isn't at his best and Ed Burns is... kicking ass hum... face!

I rather nail my finger to the wall that I will get most satisfaction out of it than renting it. I stay at the theatre because I paid to see the 15 Minutes movie, I wish they had live to the title's expectation, only 15 minutes.

Amazing movie, I really dig the plot in this one. Although it starts a little bit slow, but it devolops really good. DeNiro is not at its best of course, but the script is well written and the ending is as shocking as one of my personal fav's This is the second movie I've seen where de Niro dies. Check it out..

DeNiro is not at its best of course, but the script is well written and the ending is as shocking as one of my personal favs, seven. The message in this movie is what saves it from mediocrity, and that's why I give it an 8.

Interestingly filmed. I enjoyed the 'media focus' and was extremely impressed by the treatment of DeNiro's character in the film. Still, the story is a little light.

Very impressive. Shocking how this movie lines up with the real tragedies of our nation. No more B.S., no more devil's advocate. Great movie, great idea, beyond what movies usually present.

I have lost respect for Robert Deniro. This was a bomb at best. No plot, no story, no direction, no point. I wanted to kill the guy with the camcorder. PS - horrible acting.

The two Eastern European killers were too crazy to be human who kill Robert De Niro, the cop. One of them even too confident in himself to challenge the laws. It has a surprising ending which made righteous won over.

This movie took a severe beating in the press and most reviews, so I wasn't expecting much when I went to see it. However, I was pleasantly surprised, and reassured that my distrust of what the newspaper reviewers think is not misplaced. This movie has a cast that includes the supremely talented Robert de Niro, Kelsey Grammer, and Edward Burns. It has some excellent writing and some top-notch acting performances. But its real accomplishment is how it makes you think. The increasing relationship between crime and the media is not linear, and the movie does tend to oversimplify at times. In many respects, it suffers horribly from being predictable, although there were instances where it strayed sharply from the "rules" of formulaic movies. Saying any more on that score would give away important aspects of the plot. Furthermore, in true Hollywood tradition, the main villians are dumb, completely amoral, and oh, did I mention foreign? The idea might have been to give an outsider perspective on the abuse of American culture, but that angle ultimately just plays into outdated audience prejudices against people who speak with an Eastern European accent. Too, the movie has very graphic violence - but not as bad as I'd expected, and not as bad as what is shown in many other movies. Through creative camera angles, many of the bloodiest scenes are only obscurely hinted at, leaving the audience to fill in the pieces. Not surprisingly, many entertainment reviewers disliked the movie, because it has the effect of exposing some of the more negative effects of the media. 15 minutes does not claim that the media causes violence; rather, it explains that the interplay between the two is ingrained in American culture. This movie may not be saying anything original, but it is sufficiently entertaining and thought-provoking to make it worth seeing.

The movie was a 6, at the most. Mainly because this isn't my favorite gendre of movie, but I still enjoyed it. My boyfriend's sister, who's only 14 loved the flick... So I guess anyone can watch it if you can stand a little blood, gore and violence!

Top ten reasons why the movie is titled 15 Minutes. 10. Total entertainment value of movie 9. Time it takes to wake you up from your deep sleep by movie attendant. 8. Time it took to create this script. 7. Time it took for actors to practice lines. 6. Time it took for you to figure out entire plot and potential ending from beginning of movie. 5. Time it takes to rant and rave about how poor a movie this is. 4. Time it took to create special effects. 3. Time spent on editing movie. 2. Time it took to realize there would be no chance of the movie to become appealing to any form of life. And the number one reason is: 1. Time it takes for you to realize you have just been ripped off.

Robert De Niro should have run out of the room, after reading the script to such a movie. Very badly written, very badly directed. De Niro gives a great performance though, and the only reason why this film is worth anything but a 1/10. The whole thing wasted 2 hours of my time and money. Popcorn was the best highlight...

Ehm... not so bad a movie after all... The idea behind it is certainly crazy enough to be worth seeing, crazy yet not far from the real American justice system... For us Europeans, America is the country where everything becomes possible... This movie tries to emphasize (and criticize) that... I wasn't really surprised by DeNiro's acting, which is usually very good, but rather by the two actors who impersonated the Russian and Czech immigrants!! A strong sense of realism in their performance! Edward Burns was not so bad himself!! Therefore, a good idea for a story, perhaps a bit unreal, but overall an excellent acting to compensate... Worth $7 on a Tuesday but not really $12, if you know what I mean... :-)
