The only one of the highlander films worth seeing, but it was remarkable when it first came out. Too bad they tried so hard to wring every last drip out of what should have been a one-film masterpiece.

This remains a classic tale of knights in shining armor: well presented, the story line works, the cinematography is wonderful, and the actors are also excellent. I keep going back to it, at least once a year. It's very entertaining, as I don't think I have seen too many other knights' tales done so well, aside from Lord of the Rigns, and The Legend.

Good mindless entertainment. Ridiculous plot, but a great bad guy and strong performances by Walken and Connery saved the film.
