This movie is so scary. I liked how the snakes strangled the people!

I thought that this movie was great because the snakes looked bigger and strangled more people. The only thing is that there could have been more blood. Buy this movie [...]

My brother and I love this movie. It caries the plot well, and allows you to connect with each of the characters in a real way. A story of loyalty and deception, you wonder who has the guts to complete the mission, the stamina to survive the elements, the smarts to know when to back off, the loyalty to sacrifice for a team-mate, and how to be cunning as a serpent. It has plenty of action and suspense that will keep you on the edge of your seat, so make sure you have a good hold on that pop and popcorn, or else you just might end up wearing it.

The acting was bad, but what made it worse was the characters had no depth and they were so cliche. In fact the whole plot was so cliche that I knew how it was going to end even before the opening credits appeared.

It was awesome! I normally watch horror movies like SCREAM and HALLOWEEN, but this one rocked!

Before I saw this movie, I imagined that the storyline of this would be similar to "Anaconda" (with Jen Lopez) It was surprising to find out that it was not. However could use a little more intense drama between characters. Characters seemed too weak to empower the movie.

I didn't think they could possibly make a 'snake'movie worst than Anaconda, but I like when Hollywood takes initiative to prove me wrong. The premise was just stupid [...] Let's see... Where to begin with my complaints. The dialogue was senseless, the premise made me sigh, and where were the characters supposed to be from? The english guy lost his accent every other scene. The southern chick lost her accent whenever she got upset, and really, why wouldn't you just fly in a helicopter? Don't waste your time on garbage like this.

Another disappointing summer sequel where you would find the earlier one is far better in everything: plot, visual effects, screenplay and actors. Snakes here look like plastic dolls; ofcourse there are couple of scares but in total, it is a major let-down. Major problem is all the problems the crew face are predictable and they seem like forced to scare you. In part1, you have believable performances by jlo and icecbue, not to mention jon voight. Here, screams by leading actors make you laugh. May be it is just worth your 5$ thats it.

I like this movie. It's really good. I didn't mark 10, because it isn't perfect. But it is good enough for you to spend $ to watch it.

The movie is so predictable, an this is what makes it a bit boring. The special effects arent that good, and the suspense scene could be more frightening.

I remember absolutely nothing about the first one other than it had bad snake effects and that J-Lo was in it... this one seemed much better. Not much else to say, typical action flick with a bunch of people getting lost in the jungle, and an expected ending.

[ATTENTION: This review reveals content of the movie.] I loved it! I loved it even more then the first one. The story is about a crew of scientists that go on an expidition in Borneo to find a flower that can make them stay young longer and live longer. But something wasn't really right. Their boat goes over a huge waterfall and gets a big hole in it which causes it to sink. Ben (Nicholas Gonzalez)is the first to be attacked by the anaconda. Everyone is walking through the swamp when Ben takes advantage of the situation to scare Gail (Salli Richardson) She doesn't like to be scared so she gives Ben a warning. Suddenly, something takes Ben under water. Gail thinks it's a joke until she sees the anaconda take him out of the water and swallow him whole. But Bill(Johnny Messner) has an idea. He had a freind that could give the crew a ride back home on his boat. He calls his friend with the only cellphone that survived the waterfall. But his friend doesn't get there in time because the anaconda kills him. Because of gas, his boat explodes. When the crew gets there, they are extremly upset to find a broken boat. Bill decides to find all the gadgets that are left on the boat and go to the nearest village in the jungle. When they arrive, they decide to build a raft to get home. They all get to work and end up bulding a great boat. The crew begins to fight because two people are now dead. Everyone wants to call the expedition over except for Jack(Matthew Marsden) All he wanted since the beginning, is to find the orchid and become rich. Before they had arrived to the village, the crew found a unique spider who's venom can paralize the whole human body. Jack takes it in a container because he thinks she might come in handy. Bill isin't being honest with his crew so he tells them about a deal he made with Jack. When their boat was still on the river, Jack gave Bill an extra amount of money so he could make sure the boat stayed on the river longer. Bill forgets about the deal and wants to lead his crew to safety. Jack isin't satisfied. When Gordon (Morris Chesnut) is alone in a little shelter in the indian village, Jack decides to come over and apoligize fore the deal he made with Bill. Gordon doesn't exept his appology very easily so Jake takes the container and drops the spider on Gordon's arm. The spider bites his arm and he becomes paralized. Jack leaves him there and goes back with he others. Sam (Kadee Strickland) goes to see if Gordon's alright because she thinks that Jack is suspicious. She sees his paralized in a corner. She walks towards him and sees the spider bite on his arm. She goes back to get the others for help when an anaconda appears. Gordan can't move so he gets eaten. When the crew gets back they see the sanke with Gordon's legs comming out of his mouth. They burn the cabin and run away when they see Jack leaving on the river with the boat they had built. Everyone is reallly frustated. Suddenly, Sam has an idea. She knows a way to catch up with Jack. But for that, they have to go through the jungle again. So the crew members that are left walk together when they all fall in some kind of underground hole. They turn on the flashlights and look for a way out. Cole(Eugene Byrd) thinks that the anaconda is near so he points the flashlights everywhere and looks around. He truns back but the group has already left. He gets worried but keeps on going. Suddenly, he bumps into Tran(Karl Yune) that went back to find him. They walk together when Tran falls under water. He can't go back to the surface because a big piece of land is blocking his way. He looks around under water when he sees the anaconda comming towards him. He wants to scream but the anaconda grabs his and kills him. Cole sees Tran's flashlight rising to the surface of the water and he knows now that he is dead. Luckily, he finds his way back to the group. Suddenly, Bill spots a way out. They all walk go through a little hole that brings them back to the jungle but Cole is stuck. The anaconda is making his way through the passage and Cole is going crazy. Gail, Bill & Sam pull him out just in time. When the anaconda arrives, Sam kills him with a machete. Cole gets up and starts cheering for Sam when another anaconda apears and grabs Cole. Bill runs after him and kills the giant snake that instantly drops Cole. He is very happy to be alive. They keep on going with their journey through the jungle when they spot Jack with the boat. Jack sees them and takes his gun. He is threatening them and he has his gun to make them do as he says. There is a big log that is like a bridge from where the crew is standing to where the flowers are. Jack makes Sam walk to the other end to get the flowers. But under the log, is the anaconda's nest. She walks very nervously and gets to the other side. She grabs some flowers and puts a few in the bag. When she gets to the other side, Jack grabs the bag where another spider had been. The spider bites him and paralizes him just like Gordon. He drops the bag into the nest and an anaconda eats him up. Jack is no more. Gail throws a big container of gas into the anaconda's mouth and sees him eplode. His death causes huge rocks to fall over the nest and block all the anacondas from ever going back into the jungle. The crew takes the boat and goes back home safely. Everyone is happy but still sad about losing Ben, Gordon & Tran. Anyway, I loved it... I know you will too.
