[ATTENTION: This review reveals content of the movie.]
This movie was a complete train-wreck. The only good things about is were the sets and scenery. There were many very beautiful scenery shots and the interior architecture of the pleasure-house at the beginning was fantastic. But beyond the sets there was nothing. The plot was bland and obvious, the effects were sad, the acting was non-existent and the choreography was ridiculous. This movie boasts the most idiotic action scenes I have ever witnessed. About the time a few thousand cartoon daggers fly out of nowhere and wipe out the Circus de Soleil in the bamboo forest the movie completely disintegrates. House of flying daggers would have made a passable power-point presentation, but as a movie it reeked.
