When Sid's, attempt to adopt three dinosaur eggs it gets him abducted by their real mother to an underground lost world, his friends attempt to rescue him. Ice age 3: dawn of dinosaur is the perfect animation family movie with a rate of 8.3/10 but I think that the two first movies were better because the third movie is a repetition of things tha happened in the first movie. Il liked the different jokes and the new story. Also, the music was better, it was punchy and funny like the voice of the caracter includind Ray Romano as Mani and Queen Latifah as Ellie. The picture is always good and realistic.

[...] Ice age 3 was a very good movie but, compared to the second movie of the trilogy, the movie was less fun and more adventurous. The new characters do not add anything to story but, the picture was so good, they seemed real! The characters are really fun. I like this movie because it's an original story. I think that is the reason why it has so much success! I give this movie, eight stars on ten!

"Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs", it's the perfect family movie. It's the story of Manny and Ellie, two mammoths who living in the ice age. Their friend, a sloth named Sid, find three eggs and decide to keep them. But his decision will be dangerous for him and for his friends... The characters are funny and lovely. Some jokes are great, some jokes are repetitives... But the story is very cute! It's a little bit classic and not too surprising. The kids will love the drawing of the characters, and of the world of dinosaurs. It's impressive to see them. They are well draw. The only thing that I will change, is the dinosaurs. When young kids see them, they may be scared. Because the dinosaurs are bigs and terrifyings. But it's rating "General", and this touching animation movie is made for all the family.

I did not like Ice Age 3 that much. The first was much better and the second was horrible, but what is good about this movie is that it had a little bit of laughter in it. This movie is good for kids between the age of 5 (if not scared of dinos) to 9.

There were only a couple of good jokes in this movie. I was actually regretting paying 3 dollars to see it, and was waiting for it to end. Rent it for your kids, but if you have any self-respect, you will avoid this movie.

Children and their parents will enjoy the family movie of the year. Ellie is about to have a baby. Everything seems fine but it wouldn't be a story if every thing was not unsettled. Diego is feeling left out and less powerful. So he decides to leave. Sid, on his side decided that he also wanted a family and went look out for friends. He than fell in an underground world and discover 3 huge eggs and adopts them right away. But then their mommy dinosaur comes to get them, grabbing Sid along with her babies. That's how Manny, Ellie, Crash and Eddy , Diego and the future little Peaches go off to rescue him. They end up in an underground portal to a place where the weather is temperate and the dinosaurs still rule. There they meet a weasel named Buck who teaches them some survival skills and leads them to Sid. During all the story we follow Scrat (the squirrel) in his romantic and his perpetual quest for the exclusive acorn. It's a lot of fun. You will love the fact that the voices really matches with the characters and that the characters are adorable. You will also LOVE the amazing illustrations made by drawer "Peter De Steve". :) Mini-girl.

When it comes to a third movie sequel is that they all have been pretty different yet all were great. I watch movies all the time so you should read my comments. A funny lively movie and so many funny parts. It was an excellent movie. If you saw the other 2, you must see the third.

Definitely a kids movie. First one was definitely the best out of the three. This one didn't have much substance but it would probably be very enjoyable for small children.

Not as good as the first two, funny at times, but the story is too simple. Kids 11 and under will like it.

I really enjoyed this movie. I saw it with a friend and we were both laughing our asses off. Seeing it in 3D made it better if you ask me. Skrat is by far the best character. He's just hilarious! And the fact that he met Skratte made it even better. And I gotta say that I love the crazy guy in the jungle (I'm sorry, I can't seem to remember his name) He was so funny. And the best part of the whole movie is when they had the helium voices and were laughing their heads off. That was just great. Overall I would say to go see this movie. It's a must see.

Very impressive... Great 3D effects all the way... Cute moments for youngsters and plenty of funny inside jokes for parents... Not a dull moment... Didn't notice any weakness. It's difficult to give any movie a 10 after the last Batman. I'd go see it again for the 3D effects.

Okay, so I'm not a kid!!! The storyline is just okay if not a bit contrived and the animation is worth seeing. My gripe is that this is NOT the 3-D version that the critics liked so much. Galaxy needs to provide a disclaimer at the door or cashier to say so. Perhaps the regular pricing should not apply in this case. Am I a grump or do you agree?
