I loved this movie. It was very refreshing to see how this intriguing story was being told. Nothing Holywood about this movie.

"Open Your Eyes" is a movie that questions the nature of reality. I believe it should be put on a similar level as the recent three other recent films with similar themes: "Dark City", "The Truman Show" and of course "The Matrix". While demonstrating none of the special effects of the other three, "Open Your Eyes" is guaranteed to provoke similar levels of reflection with an excellent plot that reveals more levels of ramification as it develops. Just like "Dark City", it pretends to be an ordinary movie and unfolds as something else entirely. Well worth renting for those who like an intelligent, intricate and compelling story... and "hard" science fiction. (It can only be found in video clubs, as I believe it was not even shown in theaters. )

This film, is a disturbing tale of dreams and nightmares. It's beautiful to look at but difficult to figure out. It's just begs to be viewed more than once.
