The only good thing about this movie, is that it makes you think about loneliness. Otherwise, the actors are pretty good.

This is the second movie that I’ve ever abandoned mid-way through. The film is a miserable, dreary and drab attempt to expose dramatic emotion lying behind the banality of everyday life. In every respect it fails. Nothing comedic, nothing insightful, nothing uplifting, nothing thought-provoking can be found in this movie. It is a waste of life, money and time.

I was incredibly disappointed, this movie was horrible. The intrigue wasn't even solved, every bit in the movie had no relevance whatsoever. I thought if I was going to watch the movie until the end, it might end up OK but the end is as bad or maybe worst than the movie. It was a total waste of money and I'm very angry that I considered this movie because your rating was 9/10. I would have given it 0/10.

A dark and, at the same time, humourous and hopeful study of the mundane lives of very ordinary people searching for happiness and fulfillment, somewhat akin to Robert LePage's "Far Side of the Moon". A real treat if you have the patience.

If you liked "4 mois, 3 semaines, 2 jours" you should like this. As far as I'm concerned this should of been Canada's entry for best film at the Oscars. Fanny Malette is wonderful.

I thought this was quite an intelligent film about loneliness and isolation. It was somewhat slow, but was redeemed by good characterizations and interesting tone. Makes us think about just what our own breaking point is or will be.

Un des meilleurs films du québec. Quand des personnages plates deviennent intéressant.

So good. Pathetic lives that makes you laugh. You still go home with a strange feeling...

A quietly captivating study of alienation amongst ordinary people. One of the best films at this year's Festival!
