One of the most pathetic movies I have ever seen. Far too predictable and the dialogue was so boring. I wasn't expecting anything too great, but wow, this one is just plain crap, and most people would have to agree (unless, of course, you're 15 yrs old or under. ) This one doesn't even deserve a rating of 1.

HI, I am Limi from Kosovo/Europe (Albanian) and I seen lot's of American/England movies but this movie was the one that make me cry, happy and loving my family in a same time. The girl and a boy are such a good artist and I wish that everyone in this earth feel the same thing that I felt when I watch this movie. I dont care what people say about it but I am going to watch this movie many times that I can. Also I want to thanks those who did such a good thing for us by making this movie. Thanks.

I really enjoyed the movie. I thought it was inspiring and realastic, and Oliver James was perfect for Ians part. He is so gorgeous. Amanda Bynes was perfect for her part to, but Ian was my favorite character.

I found that it was a great film. It shows a bit the reality that children from separated parents live. In her case it was even worst because she knew who her father was but never actually met him. It was actually her dream come true.

The movie is watchable but I agree with another opinion that the kissing part was so not in the right time as if they just wanted 2 put a kiss in the movie and I think its childish, the whole cinderella thing was so boring and pridictable u know.. good conquers the evil bla bla bla... but anyway the idea could have been performed or developed in a better way coz I really felt that the writer is 13.

Ok, Amanda is cute and everything, but HELLO... this movie really was not worth my time. The plot is highly predictable, and the characters didn't have that much development. The kissing scenes were not built up at the right moment, and the whole stepmother and stepsister thing is just so unrealistic. Sure, humans can be evil, however, the stepmother and stepsister acted like people from fairytails. Humans just do not go locking up their stepdaughter's in rooms. EESH. Set aside from the cute outfit that Amanda wore, this movie should get a 2, but since I personally liked the outfits, I'll give it a.. 2.5? Hmmm I guess I'll just round that to a 3 then.

This was one of the best movies that I'v seen. At first I didn't want to see it but I lost a bet with one of my mates so I had to go. Also I thought the best parts of the movies were every time Oliver James came on HE IS Sooo BUFF!!!

I can't believe I watched this movie!!! It was so boring!!! It's the same plot I've seen one hundred times. Girl loses parent, girl finds parent, doesn't like her dad's girlfriend, meets a cute guy, a miracle happens and the girls life is saved!!! (I can't believe they wouldn't let me rate it a zero!!!

I thought this movie would be silly because of Amanda Bynes, who I don't really like but the storyline was really great, the jokes funny and great for a babysitting job. Every girl can relate.

This is a nice light comedy with a happy ending. Great story, although a little unrealistic, but that's the fun of it! Amanda Bynes is great as the fun-loving daughter determined to meet her dad, Colin Firth, who lives in England. Great for family or those who enjoy light, somewhat romantic comedies :-)

HAHAHA ya know what I find really funny? All these cheezy love movies ("so called") are always the fave by little tiny punks that are 1-12. Thats what I think is funny. All the little kids are like "this is the best movie ever, I love it, I have seen it 10 times and will see it again! " COME ON!!! THATS PATHETIC!!!

I saw the movie and I fell in love with Oliver James. A. K. A Ian Wallace. He was soooooo dreamy! I also loved the way Amanda, I think being the funny one she is, was so serious at points. I would recommend this movie to any teens or older who want to see What A Girl Wants!!!

I saw this movie with my friend. Both of us thought it was amazing, but thats because we are into these sorta movies. Anyone who doesn't like chick flicks will absolutely hate it. Also I do not normally like Amanda Bynes, but in this role she did a good job. Overall I loved this movie. It makes you feel good. Its sweet.
