I had read a lot of good things about this movie, and I have to say, it doesn't really live up to any of it. It was interesting that the movie was all one continuous shot, and improvised, etc. , but it didn't make up for the fact that the movie was overall boring. I found it really hard to watch, and it's only saving grace was the fact that it all was one shot.

I found that movie special, I've never seen nothing like it before. With the four screens, you have to find the relation between them. It might not be an action movie but it just makes you think. I was disapointed when I realized I could't buy that movie anywhere 'cause it's a movie you have to see at least twice to understand it better.

Maybe I am just a simpleton but this movie gave me a real headache. I did not see much that was clever in it and I found to be at once boring and overstimulating (too much going on at once)... I must admit the person I went with liked it... But not me.

I've been hearing about this movie since January, and I was quite eager to see it. I must admit I was slightly disappointed with the results. While technically audacious on many levels (the split screens, real-time filming, hidden microphones, etc.) the actual storyline was a bit banal, if not clichéd. Also, while there were always four screens, no more than two of them were simultaneously 'active' (depicting ongoing action). In the other two, the characters were just walking around, browsing, or just waiting. You had the same thing with sound. An interesting experiment, we can only hope other filmmakers will be inspired by it to use the posiblities to their fullest extent. P.S. One thing that would be nice for the DVD version is to include the sound for all four teams as separate channels. That way, the watcher could make his own sound mix. The watcher becomes the director!

Inovative and audacious. Filmed in real time, in one continious shot. Great actors, great soundtrack. Opens up a new way to film making in the new millenium. You'll be impressed.
