Let's not kid ourselves. So it's not an Oscar movie, not many thrillers win Oscars. This movie isn't going to make any of the actors stand out as brilliant but that doesn't matter. This movie should be watched for it's entertainment value as a 'Thriller'.[...] I went into the movie expecting it to be mediocre at best after reading only 5 reviews from this website. I hold this site in very high regard cause the people who post their reviews actually have very good reviews... not like Hollywood reviewers voting on Oscar nominees. I like to read reviews from fellow moviegoers like myself and this site is the best there is. This movie is a must see for those of us who loved the thrills you get from a movie like 'Final Destination'. No, this movie is not original but that rarely holds true for much coming out in the theatre. If you want an inexpensive 'Thrill' without going on a rollercoaster... this movie is for you. It's a must see in the theatres, don't wait for DVD. It won't transfer to your television like it effects you in the theatre. If you are looking for Oscar performances... go rent 'Good Will Hunting'.
