A must see classic. Great action and use of special effects. Great acting too. I think this is one of the best fantasy movies ever made.

This third one was an excellent movie. Simply loved it. Although I still loved the Enya theme the best "May it Be".

It's the best LOTR movie although it would have been better in Digital 3D, the movie was amazing. The fighting sequels were exuberant, the ending was great, and it just made me wish there could be more movies. Very good movie to watch with friends & family.

A very dark movie but still quite entertaining a welcome edition to the last of this trilogy that improves on the second the part where Elrond is talking Aragorn about becoming the king is epic and finally at long lost Frodo destroys the ring wow this movie is so well executed and really exciting as well. The acting, action, and happy ending make this show so memorable excellent film recommend to anyone who hasn't seen it.

This is the best movie I've ever seen, with some of the most amazing cinematic sequences ever created. It's now past the middle of 2008, and I'm still looking for a movie that even comes close. Unfortunately, some people can't enjoy this type of movie because they are not interested in the fantasy genre. I'm certainly glad I'm not one of those people. This is movie making at its absolute finest.

I was like a junkie waiting for a fix. And this delivered. I can't believe that all 3 movies in the trilogy could be this good. Blew me away.

This movie is artistic, powerfully moving, and masterful in all aspects. It's the best fantasy film of all time. It is driven by a great director who knows how to make an excellent book turn into an amazing movie. This isn't the best of the series, I still think that the Fellowship of the Ring is the best, but this is still amazing. It is also very poetic, which makes it seem smoothly paced.

The LOTR trilogy by Peter Jackson is, by far, the greatest series of films ever created!

Again another masterpiece like the first and it has to be seen on the big screen and big sound. I think the special effects and graphics have reached a new high.

I would like to give a 9.5 on that movie because the end is a litle bit too long I think. But in general, they really made something great with the RETURN OF THE KING. I would like to see it again and again. Go watch it.

Easily one of the most touching and emotional movies I have ever seen. Great directing from Jackson. Everything from costume to make-up, to set decoration is well handled, the movie is well paced and the fights are amazing. The soundtrack left me speechless, and the script is solid. Among all else, Sean Astin's portrayal was Oscar snubbed. Ian Mckellen is classy as always. The cinametography creates a nice grand scale epic feel, and last but not least, the special effects are wonderful.

AWESOME! This movie tops all Lord Of The Rings movies, I thought and knew it would be the best, except the ending was alittle long, but yes great movie even the video game is very good there hardly was any talking in this movie just good action and a happy ending for Fordo and his friends, the book was awesome aswell so see this one for sure.

This saga didn't have the same punch as Star Wars for me but it still was a cool movie. My only gripe is that I never was a fan of the books and there are so many characters and locations, you get kind of lost in this huge story that spans 3 movies!

Wow, a masterpiece. I admit that it sucks that they left out the Voice of Saruman and The Scouring of the Shire chapters (they never explained how the palanír wound up in the water at Isenguard), but it was covered by the absolutely beautifull scenes of the Rohirrim slicing through orcs like though butter and of course the death of the Witch-King. Good job, Peter, the eleven oscars are not enough for the work you put into the return of the king.
