Wonderful. Simply wonderful. The acting, the colours, the clothes, the dancing... from everything in this movie emanates beauty. The two actresses playing Paro and Chandramukhi are stunning, both for their looks, and for their talent. Every other actor is perfect as well. You just have to let yourself merge into the universe, the story, and the costumes. Forget the traditional Hollywood acting, for what you see in Devdas might sometimes look as over-done and taken too deeply, but this only adds to the incredible depth of this movie. We live through the characters, we can almost feel their pain! A word of warning: Devdas might seem too long (especially the song/dancing scenes) for some people; it just depends on your characteristics: I was completely hypnotized by the beauty of the dance and wonderful voices.
