User's review

Like the books, these movies just get better and better, with stronger plots and more detailed characters. I took my 10 year old and she was fine with the level of violence and with the more mature aspects of the storyline. However, I think my 7 year old is best off watching it on DVD, with a parent able to fast forward through a few scenes. And I really think anyone under 7 is too young. (However, I vetoed Lord of the Rings for all my kids, so keep this in mind when reading this review)
