A better piece of filmmaking you'd be hard pressed to find. Solid story, well-crafted and acted. Very involving from start to finish. A completely satisfying piece of work.

The Movie was good. I was glad that I saw it. Everybody did a great job. Note to people who plan to watch it. First, there is almost no music throughout the film. Second, for those who have came to expect that the whole movie will be focusing on the trip will be disappointed. The trip is not the the entree but rather the side. The entree of the film is the friendship between Solo and Williams. Give this film a look and you might be glad you spend some time with it.

My friend and I went to see this film, having the expectation of seeing an interesting film exploring the meaning of america to two very different people, in different phases of their lives. Instead we found a full length film that should have been a short film. There was almost zero character development with either of the main characters - interesting to have that failure even when the two main characters were so diametrically opposed. One talked the entire time almost never shutting up (which we also, as an aside found irritating), the other never said anything (and very few clues were ever unearthed), leading us to never know much about him, or his view of anything whatsoever. We decided not to walk out, hoping for an interesting ending. But the ending was as predicted from the very first scene of the movie, leaving no surprises at all. In the end, we left feeling like we just watched two people we never really got to know play out a boring and useless charade. I had high hopes but this one came in so low, I'm surprised it won anything and the reviews are totally misleading.
