Owen Wilson what are you doing in this movie? Im sitting around waiting for you to say something with incredible comic timing and instead I see you dodgins explosions like you are rambo? Confusing.

Really cool movie. A lot of action. Owen Wilson has a ugly hair cut, but that does'nt matter. This is still a great movie.

The story as a whole is not that original since it refers to a war that took place. However I liked the camera movements and the comical sentences in the hardest times in a soldier's life.

The movie is complete American propaganda. I am Serb from Bosnia and story is 100% unrealistic. When this plane crashed in reality, it was only few villagers who came to see the pilot, not the army. Serbs are portrayed as evil and killing and Muslims as innocent. If you know anything about war, you should know that in every war both sides are equally evil... action in the movie is good, but unrealistic. Also Bosnia looks WAY better in real, this movie must have been recorded in some uninhabbited swamp. I give it half for action.

I didn't know if it was a comedy or an action movie. The action seens are so unrealistic it makes me laugh. And the acting and drama was just horrible.

I didn't like the movie at all. Owen tries so hard to act or be funny or whatever he's trying, but it does not work. There was barely any action. The story was very inaccurate and it was just another patriotic movie that seems to promote the States even though America did the opposite of what was shown in the movie.

This was the absolute best movie ever. Owen Wilson is so awesome. It's a movie you can watch a million times and never get tired of the action. This is a awesome movie and very realistic.

This is one of best movies made regarding War in Bosnia. Being from Bosnia, I can tell you this is how REAL war looks like. Every little detail in movie is realistic. Anything from language, signs, to how people look and act is realistic. Movie captured what was going on in Bosnia over 4 year period of war. Statue of Virgin Mary, mass graves, shot american pilot (originally Scot O'g) , landmines to serbian soldiers and commanders are 100% accurate. Most people look at movie as entertaining or not, movie is real as it gets. Someone wrote what is deal with that guy chasing pilot (those were paramillitary units in bosnai who commited most of crimes) Even signs on tanks and building were accurate just like in real life. You might find movie deppresing or difficult to watch, but it is truth. Part of movie about french commander show how French (and Britihs too) were behaving during war, by siding secretly with Serbs and supporting genocide. Scene with bosnian kid soldier (his english, acting... west coast, east coast, Ice Cube) and bosnian girl giving him that look is captured just like real life. I am suprised this movie didn't get Oscar. But then again, most Americans and Europeans never seen war, and their idea of war and action movies are based on fake hollywood creations previously made. This movie shows Bosnian war real picture, uglyness of war in general and yet made for hollywood taste (special effects, most of story (ies) were TRUE, just connected in one movie) Gene Hackman potrayed actual REAL person who went to save american pilot when was shot down in Bosnia (except it was in Northeast) Pilot didi survive 7 days in woods chased by serb soldiers. Salute to people making this movie. And that comes from Bosnian that went thru war and some of those events.

I think this movie is good. (for cheap hollywood filmakers) I think this movie sends an evil message. I am yugoslavian and I was there when that happenned, I know the real story. They're making us serbs and bosnians look evil in the face of humanity. We were fighting for our country this war had absolutly NOTHING! to do with our war. This movie shows that americans are the good guys and they help us. YAH! BY bombing our cities and streets, and killing innocent children who starve from radiation and starvation every godam day.

I loved this movie... rolling non stop actions keeping you at the edge of your seat. I would recommend that for those that haven't seen it, that they watch it. Awesome movie!
