While fun in some parts, an absolute massacre of a great novel. Still, Chan is fun as always, Phileas Fogg, is off character but still gleefully over the top as an absent minded, bumbling inventor. As well, whoever it was who played the 'tag-along" chick was delightful in her enthusiasm. Otherwise highly predictable, contrived story. Worth seeing once.

Somewhat of a different take to a Jackie Chan movie. Was funny and still didn't do the story any harm. Kathy Bates as Queen Victoria was a nice twist.

Really good, and no matter how some people are negative on some of the reviews. Read the positive ones. Jackie Chan is great as usual! The story is funny, good laughs. Worth seeing!

Steve Coogan saves the movie! Imagine that and I'm still giving it a 5 definitely not worth the price of admission... rental at best. Chan does his thing and gets a few laughs... and the plot has been done 300 times before. Jules Verne must be turning in his grave.

What a piece of decieving crap!!! Can't those [people] at Disney try to follow the original story for once?!! I liked the book, after being obligated to read one at school, but this movie was jus plain pitiful!! Phileas Fogg was an isolated man, precise as a mechanism in the book, not a mentally-degenarated INVENTOR like in the movie!! Disney is really getting lame, I am positive right now that both Jules Verne and Walt Disney are crying in heaven right now... good luck in the future Disney, you're gonna need A LOT of it.
