Ayesha Takia was beautiful. The movie was great. It was long and takes a while to put the pieces together, but after a while its amazing. I highly recommend going and seeing the movie if you have the time.

Simply too good... thats all I have to say... its been awhile since bollywood released such a good movie... it had all the ingredients of indian movies except for things blowing up and people shooting each other... if u wanna feel good watching a movie go watch salaam-e-ishq.

Great Film, The director integraded the 6 stories beautifully, each story had a very different feel, cinematography, different costume/dress, and the songs rocked! Salman was very cool as usual, Akshay, was HILARIOUS!!! Govinda, very much like our own native Paji's lol! :) cute. John Abraham was great! And Sohail's Comedy timing ROCKED!!! :)

The movie was torture. It lacked cohesion. The story (or stories) were unoriginal, and probably taken from other romantic hollywood movies. Some part of it was a little funny, but for most part it was boring and stupid. The characters were all busy proving that they are so hot etc...

I can say it was a good movie, it was just a little bit to long. You might be lost at the beginning of the movie but after a while you get the point. Too long for nothing. With all the 10/10 that ppl gave I was expecting something better! A little bit disappointed!

A very good movie - good life stories - No wonder men did not appreciate it as much as women did --- You do need maturity to love Akshaye Khanna was the best of all - BUT overall, most actors did perform well This movie rates way better than some Bollywood craps we have seen recently such as Guru.

OMG... this movie was simply incredible. The concept of Love Actually with bollywoodmasala and mixed with the most extraordinary performances. I Believe that every actor and actress were needed in this movie to complete it. Love Salman and Priyanka, they rocked! John and VIdya were like a pure love story! Akshay was hilarious! Even Govinda was amazing. Anil Kapoor was brilliant as well as Juhi who was amazingly beautiful! Sohail and Isha were just purely funny. If Nikhil did it in KAL HO NA HO, he has done it again in "Salaam E Ishq.

This movie was was simply awesome. It does have some minus points but they can easily be overlooked as the movie has got some really wonderful performances. I guess the idea of making a movie comprising six different stories was crazy but at the same time very commendable by Nikhil Advani. I think this movie is far more better than Kal ho na ho. The movie is 3.30 hours but there was not a moment I got bored. But yet I also think Nikhil Advani has made this movie very much out of desperation, otherwise no other director would have taken such a huge risk. ;.

Salaam-e-Ishq is the best movie I've ever watched. [...] To be frank, I never realised how time passed. Yes, there were some unrequired scenes, but which movie has been perfect? Many people have watched the movie with negative expectations after reading the reviews, thus not liking it. Believe me, review ko maaro goli and watch the movie with an open mind. You'll like it.

1. You need to plan for this movie; Set out considerable time for this movie. Dont go see this one, just cos you are tired and "oh ok, we will go see a movie. This Movie is like the Sun Run, you need to be prepared for the marathon. 2. This movie is an Acura TSX. Stylish, Sophisticated, Pampering (since u get so much for your money) But sitting inside, you always get the feeling, it is still only a Front Wheel Drive car. And this makes the movie a little out of balance especially during plot twists. So go watch it. It's a good movie, with a very basic structural flaw.

Absolutely amazing movie - every storyline is unique and there was not a single boring moment in the movie. If you want to see a true Bollywood movie I would recommend this. And, Salman Khan was just amazing!!!

Beautiful movie... Nikhil handled all stories very well. Best performances - Salman Khan-Anil Kapoor- Akshay Khanna Govinda-Juhi. A bit lengthy but due to six stories running at the same time, this is likely to happen.

To be honest, IGNORE the critic reviews because they find the littles of things and make a mountain out of a molehill. IGNORE people who rated the film low, there just people who cant appreciate a good movie just because its longer then usual. At the end you have to remember 12 actors 6 story's. I don't think it could've been done any better by anyone else. Go watch the film trust me, Pay attention, glue your eyes to the screen and pay attention and maybe you will understand what the movies on about. GO WATCH IT. DON'T LET PEOPLE TELL YOU WHAT TO THINK. EVERYONE'S DIFFERENT GO SEE WHAT YOU THINK!!!

Wow this film is the best of the year 2007 its really good I mean I see the preview then I just wanted to see that movie Salman's performance was too great and Anil Kapoor was outstanding Govinda disappointed me but the film was great Shannon was great Priyanka, Ayesha and Vidya was rocking and akshay is really great on that one they alll make a good job. Juhi was good really good [...] Nikhil made a awesonm job.

Would give it higher... Salman Khan is the BEST... he carries the movie and without him in this movie or his storyline based on eye candy no1 would see it... full of no names except for John maybe. Whenever Salman is on screen he lights it up.

Just came back from the big screen and the simplest and easiest way of starting would be to say if u liked the director's Kal Ho Na Ho, then wait till you see Salaam e Ishq, by far the best movie I've seen so far in which 6 stories have been handled with perfection and balance garanteed to keep u glued to the screen till its over. Personally I dont like Salman's previous movies in the last few years but this movie has impressed me beyond my imaginations... if u have already seen this movie... book another seat in the cinema, or if u haven't seen it yet... WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? MORE USER REVIEWS?
