I saw the première of x-men (12:01am show), and to my surprise, the theatre was already packed 1/2 hour before the movie started. But that was besides the point. But wow, this movie was outstanding from beginning to end. Before actually going to the movie, I had some mixed thoughts about how well they could make a hit cartoon series into real life... well all my doubts were removed the minute the movie started! As the movie progressed, you could tell that the movie has been very well thought out. And careful attention was put into every detail in the plot and in the characters themselves. There was definately a very thick plot, an amazing storyline, and the characters are very (and I mean very) well portrayed by their respective actors/actresses. This is especially the case with Patrick Stewart who played professor Charles Xavier... what a great choice that was!!! This is definately THE movie of the summer... if you liked the previews, if you liked the commercials, if you liked anything to do with X-men... the X-men movie will totally blow you away!!! Never knew they could do such an amazing job in converting a cartoon/comic into a blockbuster movie! I'm definately getting this movie on DVD when it comes out. But ONE last thing, where's jubilee?
