With Jamie Foxx as the headliner, I was expecting a hilarious homeboy action/comedy along the lines of "Bad Boys" or "Blue Streak" (which both starred Martin Lawrence). I was disappointed that it turned out to be a mostly serious action flick - and a mediocre one at that. The few scenes where they really let Jamie Foxx act the clown - which are the only scenes that made it into the previews - were hilarious. The rest of the movie was pretty flat.
