Good for a laugh,.. although it's not a comedy... some good fighting scene... definitely a B rated movie in my opinion.

I like all the films with Jet Li."Black mask" is the best of his films: the fights, the fillings, the friendship, the dynamics, the power of human spirit,... and the love - I hope, will be the next part of this film ("Black mask 2")

I loved the movie, it's a cheezy no budget success. The fight scenes are amasing, the part with the lamp and the live wire... Wow I still beleive that Romeo must die is the best one yet. I can't wait to see The One.

Yes, I saw the movie Black Mask. And I realy like the movie. Good actions and special effects. If you like to kick some asses, then I recommend you to watch this hit.

Good movie. Jet Li martial art skills are not used enough. If you like this movie I suggest you see some of Jet Li's earlier films from Hong Kong. The best fight scenes in cinema. Hollywood has nothing that can compare.

Well.. I know that this movie's story, acting, character development.. balh blah sucks.. but in a film like this.. that doesn't count.. you don't go to see this movie for a cool plot and all that.. you just go to see this movie for the fight scenes.. I LOVE the fight scenes.. and doesn't care a bit about the plot.. BTW, did you guys remark that more and more Hollywood movies has fighting scenes a la Hong Kong style or gunning scenes a la john woo?? Anyways.. seems like Van Dame's Universal 2 fight sequences are a la HK..

This movie is one of the worst I've ever seen. It's not as bad as THE WORST :Spawn but it's very, very bad. It was so fake, a guy who kills an intire army of others with the same unrealistic and idiotic powers. I can say I lost my 2.50 on this so-called movie.

Very long, fake, boring movie that one man destroys 10s and is too fake at the middle, because all the enemies disappear. Like first, there's a bunch, then only 3 at the end!!!

I love Jet Li!!! Not all his films are great (hated the Hitman) but I love almost anything with him and martial art. The BM had a lot of action even if the story was so so.

JET LI is super wicked in that movie! The only thing I don't like in that movie is it's not real kung-fu as in his old movies! If you like Black Mask go try to find TAI CHI MASTER the best Jet Li movie ever!!!!

Though I was a bit skeptical about the fact that this movie was dubbed and wasn't originally in English, it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. Jet Li's martial arts expertise is further enhanced by this really cool, action flick. I think that its an entertaining movie.

Jet Li is the best martial arts fighter ( much better then Jacky Chan). I support him 100% on this movie and on his upcoming movies. I seen all his movies in chinese. Everyone, give a chance for Jet Li movies. YES! I'm a Big Jet Li Fan!!!

The movie was good. For the dubbing, they could do better than that... Still if you're looking for an action movie something different from Hollywood point of view go and see it, though some moves can't not be done without the magic of the camera.

It sucks. I mean it really sucks. After 1 minute, you are only paying attention to the bad traduction. If you take out the combat scenes, which I find totally anoying because they don't seem true, you have a very, very bad film. The music is the only good part of the film and considering how bad is it, you get the idea. I give this film a 1 because I can't go any lower. Watching my wall for a day would have been more fun.

I agree that the chinese version was way better. But Jet Li is unique, so it's still worth seeing. Those who sent trash mail to me because they didn't like the movie, I'm thinking about enter sandman, don't even bother writing a review, so they should just shut their trap and be more respectful.

Well, if you disregard the Star Wars clone bad guys, the homemade sound effects, half-wit dialogue, continuously shifting camera angles, plot irregularities, laughable costumes and pathetic comedy relief, you're left with Jet Li and some excellent (if not Hong Kong style) action sequences. Too bad they tried to put a story between them.

A tribute to Bruce Lee character Cato (the green lantern) with Jet Li incredible martial art style. The movie is one of my favorite Jet Li movies, plenty of action. The Jet Li hardcore fan find what they always expected form Jet and the newbie will fing a good introduction to one of the asian biggest superstar. If you like the Matrix but think that Keenu Reeve sucks as a martial artist. Don't miss Black Mask.

Surprising, an amazing jewel from Hong-Kong. A big contrast with the usual low quality of the Asian production. It takes courage to release any film a few days before StarWars.....

Some great action shots, but a little too cheesy for my taste. With all his past great films, and all the hype, I find this one falls a little short. It is still worth seeing though, as always Jet-Li can perform.
