Well, I finally saw 'A Beautiful Mind' so here's my two cents worth... this picture very effectively takes the viewer into the mind of a schizophrenic and shows us the horror that results when the mind is unable to distinguish between fantasy and reality. Because this is such a compelling story, director Ron Howard and the entire cast achieve a masterful result inspite of only journeymen-like direction and acting.
