The "Two Towers" is simply the most amazing movie I have ever seen. It is exactly the way I imagined when I read the book in my highschool days, only better. I cannot wait to see the "Return of the King".

Oh My Gosh... Absolutely awesome... Liv Tyler is beautiful and the perfect elfin princess. The story binds you. Scary but engrossing. I was worried all the way through about the new love possiblility between the to be king and the new woman... sorry terrible with names. The scene where the good wizard arrives to save the day on his white horse: BREATHTAKING! We had bought tickes ahead of time but the theater was so packed we couldn't sit together if we stayed so we cashed in our tickets at ran across town to the other theater where it was playing. Couldn't miss it or wait for another day. We were not dissapointed. It was worth it.

K, you know, I loved it, anyone who says anything otherwise then amazing has got to be crazy. Tolkien said that he never wanted his books a movie, I think that this would make him proud and make him think of it differently. This ran its way up to my definite fav movie of all time. The actors are terrific and I don't think they could have been chosen any better! BEST MOVIE OF ALL TIME! CAN'T WAIT FOR RETURN OF THE KING!!!

Simply the best fantasy movie ever... the movie didnt get that many oscars as I hoped but they definitely should have given it for the best war sequence... Battle at helm deep was AWESOME!! The movie was a bit rushed but I bet most of the people who had seen the first movie ran to the bookstored near them and bought and read the last two parts so theres no point in developing characters the main story was unfolded in the first part so the director Peter Jacksons's working towards the conclusion in the second and third movies... the casting again was perfect, the music inspiring and the visual effects stunning this movie had it all! I watched it in the theatres twice in a row (I watched the first one thrice :P) and I just bought the DVD I just cant take the DVD out of the player well its simply the best movie after LOTR 1 and with all the sequels comming out this one beats them all! Watch it as many times and I gurantee u that u'll be hungry for more... buy the DVD and the book (if u havent already) your going to love it!

When I first saw the pre-view of the first movie, I was like, "WOW". So, when I saw the two towers I lit up inside as a person and as a fan. The suspence was fanaminal. If thats how you spell fanaminal. It was great, I loved it. Change nothing. I have a crush on frodo/and Elijah. Every time I see him I say, " poor frodo, Hope he will make it through it". On core, on core... ahhh don't end I wish. It's taking too long for the third movie. Hurry!!!

"The Two Towers" is a truly stunning sequal to "The Fellowship". With beautiful scenery and epic battle sequences. The tale continues with the fellowship broken and enbarks on three seperate quests. Frodo and Sam continue their jounrey with the ring guided by the possessed Gollum and Aragorn and Legolas press on towards the country of Rohan. Orlando Bloom is HOT HOT HOT!!! Cant wait till the final installment!

Another masterpiece in the lotr trilogy. Rarley do you see a sequel that is better than the first. By far the most spectacular battle scene ever shot on film. Peter Jackson has done such a good job it turned onto the books. Breathtaking from beginning to end which leads up to the the conclusion return of the king. Icant wait.

Very good movie. More fighting than in the first, which can be good or bad... depending on what you like. Bit of comic relief helps to lighten the mood.

This movie is the best movie I have seen so far this year. I give it a 10+. The acting is excellent and for those who have not seen it, the battles, including the one which occurs in helms deep, are the most amazing thing. If you are deciding to go to a movie and have not seen this one, I reccommend it.

Another masterpiece! Almost 3 hours long, this is pure fantasy fiction that J. R. R. Tolkien would, no doubt, have given two thumbs up. Runs about 20 minutes too long for the average view but Tolkien fans will be screaming for MORE!

B e s t m o v i e E V E R... Made EVER The whole trilogy is just epic. THis movie... No film is the best Best music... Only time I have ever bought a soundtrack for movie was for ttt... GREAT acting! Ian McKellen, Viggo Mortensen, Liv Tyler, and Elija Woods all do very very good SPECTACUALR special effects. You dont find this kind of work anywhere else. They are so good that you do no question anything... Like you dont say 2 your self that looks fake. But at the same time you dont say Ohhh HOLY GOD THAT LOOKED AWSEOME. Because the spfx are so good that you dont notice them. It simply looks like real life so you dont notice them. They are that good. The story is just epic. JRR Tolkien wrote the book of the century and no P. Jackson and his writters made the movie of the century. Only problem is that I am VERY made that that stupid stupid movie called chicago stole most of the awards from this movie. Chicago was a hot STEAMING pile of CRAP. This deserves nearly every acadamy award it was nominated for!

The Two Towers could easily be better than Fellowship of the Ring. LOTR is one of the few movies where I actually appreciate the battle scenes. A well made movie that is very well adapted from an amazing book.

Picks up right where the last one leaves off and never stops; tremendous sequel, probably one of the few that can compete, nay incinerate, the competition; animation is incredible; again, New Zealand visuals overwhelmingly beautiful; great plot, though not totally to book; off to buy extended DVD - do yourself a favor and see this.

I'm beginning to think all the votes here of 10/10 are made up, like that scandal a few years ago about made up favorable quotes in movie print-ads from non-existant critics. This "film" was laughable, and laughing was the only thing that kept me awake. I only went because it was my sister's birthday and she wanted to see it - again. Poor her! Just as bad as the first one but at least the first one had the nanosecond shot of a ferret for REAL interest. Two Towers? Too dreadful!

I am a true LOTR fan... I've read the books about 8 times... and am a bit (well, fine, alot) of a perfectionist, and so I was very displeased with some of the changes that occured in the movie. The twisted Faramirs character, making just a corruptable as his brother and his father, when in the story he is a true and Noble as Aragorn. And they added this whole thing with Aragorn during where they head out to the Hornburg, and I totally disagreed with that as well. And a few of the other things, making it more dark or more comedic that it was intended, and not giving some of the characters their true representation in cases... But, that aside, if you are not so deeply involved with the true story as I am, (and do not mind the length, as some do, for some reason) you should find this to be quite the masterpiece. The battle sequences, the duplicity of Gollum, the characters go deeper... it's brilliant. I'm just to much a perfectionist not to get upset at the changes... but that's just me and most people are sure to love it, or atleast appreciate it's genius :)

Ok movie but it lost its effect because the book is way better and what happened to tom bombodil from the first movie. And also the tree's where suppost to save Rohan not Gandulf and the men from Gondor. It is not all about the fighting seens. But still a good movie and better than most, but it didn't do the book justice.

NO COMMENT NEEDED! This is the best installment yet of what is going to be the greatest trilogy ever! It makes you want more even after a grueling-- what-- 3 HOURS of sitting?! It's great-- no, unbelievable!! The only people who couldn't appreciate it are those that don't have enough intellect to understand it. The Two Towers definitely raises the bar for extraordinary films-- and a little note to those interested in learning more, reading all the books makes the story 10x better! Kudos to that jolly fellow, Little Pete-- what a genius.
