I saw this when it first came out at the theatres, (Theatres? Yes, they're large building where people go to see films, but that's not important now) my best memory, rolling in the aisles and being ssssshhhhhhhhhhed by others because we were laughing so loudly. Leslie Neilson rules. Surely you can't be serious, yes I am and stop calling me Shirley. This movie is a masterpiece, as is Airplane 2, the Naked Gun films, the short-lived Police Story series, etc. Thank goodness for video/DVD so we can see them whenever we need to laugh... And by the look for the world, we're going to need to laugh a lot more often.
