I liked "Harry Potter and The Philosopher's Stone" better. This one is darker than the first and personally, I'd think twice about letting a child under 10 see it. I don't think Harry Potter is really for kids... there are some scary parts in this sequel and some things I don't think children should see or be exposed to - I'm surprised all the kids in the theatres weren't scared! But hey, it's up to the parent's/guardian's discretion and I know kids see worse things these days. A decent movie for the most part; see it if you want to know what all the fuss is about; for die-hard fans, I'm sure they'll love it.
