One of my top 5 movies of all time. The movie begins with a strange occurance while Jacob Singer (Tim Robbins) is in Vietnam. The movie flashs forward to Jacob in modern time and he has begun seeing "demons". I cannot elaborate on the plot without ruining it but if your looking for and extremely good, weird, and disturbing movie look no further.

Here is a guy who yawns with "liberate tutemet..." from Event Horizon, laughs to bits when he hears the welcome "Merriiinn..." scream from the Exorcist, but still has the occassional panic jumps in the middle of the night, all sweating and confused ala Jacob Singer style. This film is the most powerful experience I've ever had, however I'm just starting coming in terms with it, even if I first saw it about ten years ago. Of course it's a masterpiece, and although sometimes I wish that I should never ever watched it, my recent spiritual awareness can explain and draw from some "esoteric" parts of the film, for the better. But I know that it's still going to haunt me for many years to come. I've never been on drugs so far but I believe that this film is more potent than LSD. The outcome is everyone's personal interpretation.

I thought this was a very weird, but excellent movie. I don't normally like weird war movies, but thisone was exceptionally outstanding.

I saw this movie when I was 8, with my dad, and I saw it this past weekend... and it is still just one of the creepiest movies I have ever seen. No one should miss this one.
